In the evolution of Ultra, the emphasis was on reducing the attachment points of the canopy and leading edge. Lightweight single shank geometry increases material tension. Fewer segments result in more tension between each attachment point. This increases the Ultra V2's responsiveness while maintaining stability.

The main secret of Ultra's magic lies in its super low weight (less than 2kg). Of course, this is an obvious advantage when riding in light winds. But in strong winds, when the kite is at the very edge of the wind window, the reduced weight helps the kite stay stable in gusts, turn easily and stay steerable while drifting downwind at top speeds. We were able to make the Ultra weightless mainly due to the reduction in the number of transverse balloons. With just one tank in the center of the kite, the perfect compromise between weight and ease of relaunching is achieved. Traditional single balloon kites can be too soft and have poor feedback. But thanks to the perfect tension of the canopy fabric and the original design of the Airush load frame, we have managed to create the most controlled and advanced single balloon kite on the market. This year, we have optimized the fabric tension for each individual size, allowing the larger sizes to fly closer to the edge of the wind window, which improves windward cutting. In the smaller sizes, emphasis has been placed on improving stability.

Airush Load Frame technology reduces fabric stretch by up to 40 percent compared to the most advanced technologies from other brands. This design allows? to distribute the load from the attachment points of the lines throughout the kite due to the high-modulus lines integrated into the bearing surface. These reinforcements transmit control impulse more accurately throughout the kite and tighten the surface of the kite without the use of balloons. This year even the attachment points of the lines have been redesigned for maximum weight savings and better structural integration.

Airush Ultra II is pure magic. This kite is well suited to all styles of riding, except perhaps competitive racing and double interceptions. On ultra it is very easy to jump and learn new tricks.
