Carver continues to develop a line of longboards that look like iconic surfboards, and this time surfboards made by a Californian are the prototype Al Merrick, founderChannel Islands Surfboards. Surf/Skate Channel Islands Pod Mod allows short and wide arcs, so Carver made board shorter but while its width allows for more control over edge-to-edge transitions.
