The Carbon Air Core 4 hits harder thanks to high-grade spread tow carbon — the same material used in our elite foil line. With a reinvented rocker line: a smooth arc through the middle and flatter rails for more speed and stability.

He wanted a more reactive and lightweight laminate than traditional woven carbon fiber, so we worked with local aerospace suppliers to create the perfect spread tow fabric. Thinner, lighter, and with far greater tensile strength. The result — a stiffer layup with energy unlike anything we’ve ever built. After choosing the High Voltage Core, we reinvented the skimmer rocker line. A smooth, stable curve through the center makes it ideal for both switch and regular riding, while the faster rail rocker allows explosive acceleration. Locked in and riding with tempo? Stay centered. Need extra push? Rely on the outside rail.

Predictability was key in shaping: the wider diamond tail creates a more parallel outline, allowing shuvs and airs to land with greater speed and stability. A single concave bottom helps maintain down-the-line momentum.

SURF
Classic surf-inspired shape: thicker, mellower rails, back-foot drive, deeper or multiple fins. Smooth, fluid, powerful turns — still trick-capable with a more “flowy” feel.
