• MIPS is a system with three main components: a foam inner liner, a low friction liner and an elastomeric fastening system.
• In-Mold Construction: The polycarbonate upper shell is fused to the inner layer. It absorbs impact energy and differs from the classic design in light weight and high strength.
• Thermostat Control - allows you to adjust ventilation with a convenient low-profile switch on the outer shell of the helmet as quickly and conveniently as no other.
• In Form™ 2 Fit sizing adjustment system allows for easy one-handed fit adjustment for finer adjustments.
• STACK VENTILATION system prevents fogging of the mask. The ventilation intake in the helmet is located directly above the top vent on the mask frame, resulting in a single system that prevents fogging
• Vertical adjustment - All Giro helmets with built-in fitting systems have a vertical adjustment function. The vertical adjustment adjusts the position of the helmet on the head for a perfect fit by eliminating gaps.
